UPad has implemented a unique IDO mechanism - no Whitelist, no FCFS, first launched on BSC. This mechanism ensures fairness and transparency for all participants.

🔸Each participant is subject to Min/Max Allocation condition
🔸There is no Deposit limit for each pool
🔸Tokens are distributed based on the percentage of the deposited amount
More specifically, when the IDO time ends:
1️⃣Case 1: Total Deposit to the pool < Total Raise
- Tokens will be distributed according to Swap Rate
- The entire remaining tokens will be burned (depending on each project)
2️⃣Case 2: Total Deposit to the pool = Total Raise
- Tokens will be distributed according to Swap Rate
- The entire token will be completely distributed
🆗Case 3: Total deposit to pool> Total Raise
- Tokens will be distributed according to Swap Rate
- Token will be distributed based on the percentage deposited amount and the excess amount of each participant will be refund.
For example:
- Total Raise is 100,000 BUSD, Min/Max Allocation is 50/1,000 BUSD. When the IDO time ends, the total deposit to the pool is 120,000 BUSD.
- If you deposit into the pool 600 BUSD corresponding to 500/120,000 = 0.5% of total deposit. It means that you have participated the amount equal to 100,000*0.5% = 500 BUSD and 100 BUSD will be refunded to you.
✅Based on this mechanism, 100% of participants are able to buy the tokens.
